It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Love in an Antique Setting

Imagine stepping into a Victorian-style antique shop, where time seems to stand still. Our Collector's Parlour Couple Custom Portrait lets you and your loved one be part of this timeless scene, nestled on a luxurious velvet settee surrounded by elegant antiques.

Perfect for those who appreciate the charm of bygone eras, this portrait transforms a cherished photo into a delicate keepsake, accentuated by warm, rich hues reminiscent of historic elegance.

TL;DR: Capture your love in the elegance of an antique setting. Our Collector's Parlour Couple Custom Portrait transforms your photo into a classic canvas, perfect for special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays.

Which couples suit the antique charm best?

These portraits are perfect for couples celebrating milestones like anniversaries, or for those with a love of history and vintage aesthetics. Great for parents who frequent antique shops or enjoy Masterpiece Theatre marathons. However, if bright, modern styles are more your thing, this might feel a bit too traditional.

How is your vintage masterpiece created?

Simply upload your favorite couple's photo and get a free preview without committing to purchase. This lets you see how beautifully your image fits into the antique setting, ensuring satisfaction before you proceed with the order.

What sets this portrait apart in the antique realm?

Unlike typical portraits, the Collector's Parlour standout feature is its deep dive into the romantic and historical elements of an antique shop. From the rich color palette to the lush textures of the depicted velvet and decorative props, this portrait provides a unique, nostalgic charm that generic options can't match.
