It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Illuminate Memories with Candlelit Charm

Dim the lights and step into the cozy embrace of a Gothic-era parlor. Candlelit warmth bounces off deep burgundy drapes, bringing a sense of timelessness to your moment. Transform a beloved photo into an intimate masterpiece, set in an era where shadows dance and details delight.

Crafted for those who treasure depth and elegance, this framed tale of soft luminescence and quiet corners speaks to family bonds ready to be honored in an elaborate yet tender setting.

TL;DR: This Gothic-inspired candlelit parlor portrait is perfect for families who appreciate vintage charm. Ideal for special occasions or as a heartfelt home decoration.

Who relishes the vintage candlelit allure?

Perfect for the nostalgic at heart — families who find beauty in warm, historical settings. It's an ideal gift for anniversaries, especially to those who adore Victorian literature or romantic eras. Probably not for those seeking modern, minimalist designs, or stark contemporary aesthetics.

The candlelit artistry of creation

Your journey begins with a photo upload. Our AI crafts the foundational swap, capturing your likeness into the scene's soft shadows and light play. Our artists refine this with meticulous brushwork. We've noticed that about 1 in 12 attempts don't get the ambiance quite right, so we've set a high discard standard to ensure each piece sings.

What sets this candlelit canvas apart?

Unlike standard family portraits, this isn’t a reused composition. Each face finds its place in a bespoke setting. Our themes expire every 6 months to preserve rarity—no two living rooms will echo the same story.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
