It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who finds magic in a Dream Builder sketch?

These portraits are a perfect fit for artistic souls and visionaries who treasure the magic of imagination brought to life. If she often sketches ideas on napkins or daydreams colors and forms into existence, this portrait speaks to her. Not for those seeking bold, adventurous themes like Viking or Cowboy.

How do her sketches come to life?

You start by uploading your chosen photo, and we'll generate a complimentary preview of how it will be transformed in her sketch style. You can review the proof and confirm the details before any commitments to purchase — no payment required at this stage.

Why is this not just any portrait?

Unlike generic art prints, this portrait stands out for its unique infusion of personal touch and artistic flair, weaving a narrative that's both quietly profound and visually captivating. A gentle reminder of her world — where dreams on paper blossom into reality.
