It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Preserve Personal Stories with Nature's Symbols

Our Birthstone and Birth Flower Custom Portrait is not just art; it's a reflection of life itself. This portrait combines vibrant birth flowers and shimmering birthstones, creating a masterpiece that speaks the language of nature. Whether it's a lily for May or a sapphire for September, each portrait is designed to capture the essence of the individual, uniquely.

If you're someone who cherishes meaningful connections, this canvas, featuring custom-arranged florals and gemstones, makes for an unforgettable gift. It’s like offering a piece of the garden that blooms eternally indoors.

TL;DR: Combine the elegance of birth flowers with the allure of birthstones in a custom portrait canvas. Perfect for birthdays and milestones, this gift suits those who appreciate personal symbolism and natural beauty.

Who Rocks a Birth Flower Portrait Best?

This portrait suits those who love personalized gifts and have a special connection to their birth month symbols. It's ideal for mothers, partners, and friends who appreciate the deeper meanings behind flowers and gemstones. If abstract art or modern designs aren't your style, this may not be the best fit.

Crafting Your Birth Flower Masterpiece

Start by uploading a cherished photo, no payment is necessary at this stage. Our platform generates a free personalized preview, allowing you to perfect it before committing. Choose your format, and your unique artwork is crafted with attention to every meaningful detail, from flower to stone.

What Sets This Portrait Apart?

Unlike ordinary portraits, this piece tells a story through nature's colors and gems. The integration of personal birth month elements adds a layer of custom meaning and beauty that generic portraits simply can't match.

Frequently asked questions

What if the photo quality is low?Upload the highest resolution photo you have. Our team will assess its suitability and contact you if we need a better version to ensure quality.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. An artist checks your portrait before anything is printed and you approve it first. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision and an artist makes it before printing.
Are the flowers real? We're capturing the essence of their beauty, so the flowers and birthstones are artistically rendered, not physically included.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.
