It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Golden Age of Jazz

Transport your loved one straight into the roaring twenties with our Art Deco Jazz Singer Custom Portrait. Imagine them capturing the spotlight, surrounded by the opulent allure of vintage jazz clubs. This portrait won't just hang on your wall; it's a window to a time when elegance really meant something.

The soft glow of parlor lamps, the shimmer of sequins, and the glamour of a bygone era are captured seamlessly, merging past with present. Best suited for homes that crave a splash of vintage sophistication.

TL;DR: Capture the spirit of the roaring twenties with a custom Art Deco Jazz Singer portrait, perfect for music lovers, vintage aficionados, or anyone with a love for the past's glitzy glamour.

Who transforms best as a Jazz Singer?

This portrait is ideal for those who live for the classics — think of moms who've worn out their Ella Fitzgerald records or couples who bond over cocktail jazz tunes. It perfectly fits into art deco-themed homes or echoing hallways craving a touch of glamor. However, it may not resonate as well with those who prefer ultra-modern decor or minimalistic spaces.

How do we craft your jazz-themed masterpiece?

We start with your photo, using AI technology to merge your chosen image with the Jazz icon theme before sending it to our artists for finesse. Our team discards about 1 in 12 creations due to face alignment issues, ensuring the final product is nothing less than flawless. Our head of production, Maya, personally oversees quality checks, especially around facial accuracy.

Why choose our Art Deco portraits over generic options?

Unlike off-the-shelf decor, this is a one-of-one masterpiece with your loved one's likeness. We pivot away from stock imagery, providing an exclusive creation that symbiotically combines personality with timeless style. Once chosen, our themes are retired to maintain exclusivity.
