I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Spotlight of 1940s Glamour

Ever wondered how your loved one would look gracing the silver screen in the golden era of Hollywood? Our custom 1940s Hollywood Starlet Portrait brings that fantasy to life with soft, romantic lighting and classic styling that even Dietrich would envy.

Perfect for vintage film buffs and lovers of old-school glamour, this portrait captures the essence of a bygone era, making it more than just a gift — it's a ticket to cinematic glory.

TL;DR: Transform your special someone into a 1940s Hollywood legend with this custom portrait. Ideal for vintage film enthusiasts and glamour lovers.

Who are these timeless Hollywood portraits for?

This portrait makes an exceptional gift for those who adore classic films and vintage aesthetics. Imagine it hanging proudly in the living room of your favorite old Hollywood enthusiast. On the flip side, it might not be the best choice for minimalists or those who prefer modern styles.

What's the process to recreate Hollywood magic?

The process begins with you uploading your chosen photo. Our AI technology seamlessly integrates facial features, yet 1 in 12 initial attempts don't make the cut due to accuracy standards. Our artists then refine each piece for a flawless finish before transferring it to a museum-quality canvas.

Why choose our Hollywood portrait over the rest?

Unlike mass-produced art, this portrait retains exclusivity by retiring themes after just six months. Each piece stands apart as a singular treasure, a rarity in the world of custom art that makes it a genuine collector's item.
