It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Timeless Hollywood Glamour for Moms & Kids

Step into the golden age of cinema with our Custom 1940s Hollywood Mom and Kids Portrait. This piece captures the vintage elegance of classic Hollywood with signature hairstyles, poised expressions, and glamorous attire. Each portrait evokes an era where family was at the heart of every story, tailor-made for those who adore retro charm.

The warm, sepia tones and intricate details create an heirloom-worthy canvas perfect for honoring cherished family bonds. Imagine this striking piece gracing the walls of your home or as a heartfelt gift that echoes the sophistication of another time.

TL;DR: Capture the essence of 1940s Hollywood with a personalized portrait featuring mom and kids. Ideal for families who love vintage glamour and want to create a cherished family keepsake.

Who truly shines in a 1940s portrait?

This portrait is perfect for families with a love for vintage charm, especially mothers who admire the classic elegance of 1940s Hollywood. Put simply, it's a heartfelt tribute to family moments. However, if ultra-modern or minimalist styles are more your taste, this probably won't fit your aesthetic.

What's the process behind Hollywood allure?

Your uploaded photo undergoes an AI face-swap process to place your family into a 1940s Hollywood scene. Our artists then finesse details, ensuring authenticity before printing on museum-grade canvas. We reject about 1 in 10 photos to maintain quality—if the setting doesn't complement the facial features precisely, it doesn't print.

Why choose our Hollywood magic over others?

Unlike standard family canvases, this is a one-of-a-kind piece that encapsulates the unique glamour of the 1940s. We periodically retire themes to ensure that your portrait remains a distinct work of art, keeping its exclusivity and sentimental value intact.
