It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the 1940s Hollywood Glamour

Capture the allure of Hollywood's golden age with our Custom 1940s Hollywood Family Portrait. Imagine your family immortalized in a scene that echoes the elegance of old-time movie stars, complete with the era's chic props and classic lighting.

Perfect for those who adore vintage fashion and nostalgia, these portraits offer more than just an image — they're a cinematic journey back to a time when glamour ruled the silver screen.

TL;DR: 1940s Hollywood Family Portraits turn your family photos into vintage cinema-inspired art, ideal for film buffs and history lovers.

Who’s Ready to Channel Some Hollywood Sparks?

These portraits are a hit with families who appreciate historical aesthetics and vintage vibes. If your dad can't get enough of Humphrey Bogart or your mom idolizes Katharine Hepburn, they’re going to love this. Probably not for ultra-modernists who aren't fans of retro themes.

How Do We Bring 1940s Glam to Life?

Your uploaded photo undergoes an AI transformation, embedding your family's faces into an authentic 1940s Hollywood scene. Artist attention is critical to refine details — about 1 in every 12 initial outputs fails our quality test, ensuring a flawless masterpiece on museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose This Over Other Family Portraits?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience by integrating your family into a meticulously crafted 1940s Hollywood scene. We even retire themes periodically to ensure exclusivity.
