It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Classic Cowboy Scene

Channel the dusty winds of the wild West with our Western costume custom portrait. Picture your loved ones with rugged cowboy hats and weather-worn boots standing against an endless desert backdrop, steeped in sunset hues. It's a nostalgic nod to frontier days for those dreaming of a free-roaming lifestyle.

The palette cools to earthy tones, capturing the heritage of leather and denim — perfect for families who cherish stories of long rides and resilient spirits. Not everyone dreams of being a cowboy, but for those who do, this canvas tells their tale.

TL;DR: This Western costume custom portrait is for families or individuals who adore the cowboy lifestyle. Ideal for birthdays or cherished keepsakes.

Who's ready to saddle up for the Western look?

Perfect for dads over 50 who've watched every John Wayne movie, or for families with generations sharing ranch stories. It's also a hit for kids enamored by stories of cowboys in the open plains. If you’re not a lover of Western films or ranch life, you might not connect with this theme.

How do we create your Western moment?

Your journey begins by uploading a photo. Our AI breathes life into it with a digital face-swap, embedding it in a Western scene. Artists then polish each detail for authenticity. We're upfront: roughly 1 in 12 faces don't make the cut, so we start over to meet our standards before transferring it onto our museum-grade canvases.

What makes this Western portrait a cut above the rest?

Unlike typical canvas prints, this is a one-of-a-kind creation where the Western world is tailored completely around your picture. We retire themes after 6 months, keeping your artwork rare. It’s a personal slice of cowboy fantasy that generic pieces can’t provide.
