It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Sail the Seas of Legacy with a Veteran Portrait

Picture the crisp whites of a sailor's uniform set against the serene backdrop of a ship, just as the sun begins to paint the sky with shades of gold. Our Sailor Veteran Custom Portrait takes you to that tranquil deck, where the vast ocean meets the horizon, bathing the scene in warm light and deep blues. Each portrait captures not just an image, but the essence of courage and service.

Perfect for veterans who spent their days charting courses on the open sea, this portrait transforms personal memories into a timeless piece of art. It's a tribute to both the quiet strength and bold heroism of those devoted to the naval life, bringing their unique story to life on canvas.

TL;DR: Celebrate a veteran’s naval service with a custom canvas portrait. Ideal for honoring Sailor veterans on birthdays, anniversaries, or retirement, featuring them in iconic dress whites aboard a ship at sunset.

Who makes the most impact with a Sailor Veteran portrait?

This portrait is perfect for Sailor veterans who cherish their time serving on the open seas and want to preserve those memories vividly. It’s a fitting tribute for anniversaries, retirements, or for anyone proud of their naval background. However, if your veteran isn't fond of nautical themes, an army camouflage portrait might better suit them.

How do we transform your photo into a nautical masterpiece?

Start by uploading your favorite photo of the veteran in question. Our system will generate a free personalized preview of the portrait, allowing you to see the transformation before you commit. There’s no need to worry about inputting payment details until you’re ready to order your canvas.

What sets this Sailor Veteran portrait apart?

This portrait stands out with its unique maritime setting, capturing the light and colors only found at sea. Unlike typical veteran portraits, this one immerses the viewer in the sailor’s world, preserving their valor and peaceful moments at once. The Sailor Veteran Custom Portrait truly pays homage to naval heritage.
