It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine gifting this striking canvas on Mother's Day, or perhaps as a heartfelt birthday present. It’s not just a decoration; it’s a keepsake steeped in meaning, highlighting a moment that encapsulates unconditional love. Vibrant colors and deep textures offer a tactile reminder of shared memories.

TL;DR: Immortalize the bond between mother and son with a custom dance portrait. Perfect for sentimental occasions like Mother's Day or a birthday—it’s heartfelt, personal, and beautifully detailed.

Who cherishes a Mother-Son Dance Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for sons who treasure their mothers deeply and are looking for that one-of-a-kind gift to express their appreciation. Mothers who adore having special memories prominently displayed will cherish this. However, it might not suit those who prefer minimalist art styles, as the impasto texture is bold and expressive.
