It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This portrait is lush with rich, earthy tones that mirror a sunlit smokehouse, evoking a warm nostalgia only a true BBQ aficionado would understand. Crafted for the pitmaster who calls the backyard his kingdom, this canvas brings cooking tales to life in vibrant detail.

Is This for the Pitmaster in Your Life?

This custom portrait is perfect for dads, grandfathers, or anyone who treats their backyard grill as holy ground. If he lights up at the smell of a fresh brisket smoking, this is his ideal portrait. It's less fitting if the recipient isn't much for the grilling scene or prefers vegetarian cuisine.
