I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Wedding Day in Romantic Detail

Your wedding day radiates a unique magic that deserves to be immortalized. With our Custom Wedding Couple Portrait, you're not just getting a reproduction; you're capturing a moment filled with elegance, blooming florals, and that unmistakable newlywed glow. These portraits transform your favorite candid or posed shot into a timeless masterpiece.

The play of soft candlelight against delicate lace trims and handsome tuxedos will make this piece a standout treasure in your home. Couples often tell us it rekindles the day's joy every time they pass it in the hall.

TL;DR: Turn your wedding photo into a romantic work of art, ideal for newlyweds or as the perfect anniversary surprise.

Is this the right gift for every couple?

This portrait is a perfect match for newlyweds looking to preserve their wedding day magic in a unique way. It's ideal for parents or friends seeking an unforgettable wedding or anniversary gift, especially for those couples who cherish elegant and artistic decor. However, if you're not into sentimental displays, this might not be your style.

How do we craft your wedding story?

Your journey begins with uploading your cherished photo. Our AI technology performs a delicate face-swap, ensuring every bride and groom detail is spot on. Our artists refine each image, focusing on emotion and setting. Our head of production, Maya, oversees the entire process, discarding about 1 in 12 portraits to ensure only perfection is printed on the museum-grade canvas.

Why choose our wedding portrait over others?

Unlike ordinary photo prints lacking distinct flair, our portraits gently blend your likeness into an ethereal, romantic scene. Each theme retires after six months, ensuring your portrait remains exclusive. It's not just a photo; it's the essence of your love story captured forever.
