It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Gone are the days of plain photo canvases. With our unique premium custom portrait service, you can transform your beloved photos into museum-grade art pieces. Imagine your favorite snapshots transformed into a work of art, complete with vibrant hues and a sense of depth usually reserved for gallery walls.

Whether it's a momentous occasion or just a snazzy keepsake, this canvas breathes life into any memory. Picture the vivid details that stand out — details that turn a memorable photo into a timeless treasure.

TL;DR: Our custom portrait from a photo is a singular art piece perfect for those who hold sentimental moments close. Ideal for special gifts or unique home decor.

Which personalities fit this timeless portrait?

This canvas suits romantics and sentimentalists who cherish personalized gifts. It's perfect for artists or anyone looking to highlight special moments with flair. Not ideal for those searching for a generic, quick wall-filler without personal meaning.

What goes into crafting these premium portraits?

We start by turning your photograph into a digital mockup, followed by AI face-mapping, and finally, artist touch-ups to enhance features. Our head of production, Maya, ensures only the best 11 out of 12 drafts make it to canvas, guaranteeing unmatched detail and quality.

Why choose a personalized portrait over a stock canvas?

Unlike generic stock canvases, our service offers truly personalized art where the motif is uniquely yours, not mass-produced. Our themes cycle every six months, ensuring your piece remains exclusive and fresh.
