It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Honor Their Service with a Cityscape Canvas

Stepping into the scene of valor and strength, our Military Man Portrait with a cityscape backdrop captures the essence of service like no other. Set against the rich hues of a sunset-kissed skyline, this portrait exudes a heroic aura fit for those who've dedicated themselves to protecting us.

This canvas serves as a timeless tribute, ideal for military personnel and veterans who cherish the intersection of bravery and elegance. It's not just a decoration; it's a narrative, drawing on the power of imagery to honor their journey.

TL;DR: Create a unique military portrait with a dynamic city backdrop, designed for current service members, veterans, or enthusiasts. Celebrates their strength with an art piece as bold as their service.

Is this canvas tribute worthy of your hero?

This portrait suits active duty members cherishing their service stories, veterans who’ve walked city streets in uniform, and military enthusiasts who admire urban landscapes. Not ideal for those preferring rural or natural backdrops, as the cityscape takes center stage.

How's your hero turned into art?

We start with your uploaded photo, transformed via AI into a heroic scene. However, artistry requires precision; about 1 in 12 setups don’t make it past the stringent quality check ensuring your face perfectly integrates with the sunset cityscape.

Why choose this cityscape over a standard canvas?

Unlike typical military prints, our cityscape portrait offers a personalized tribute — it evolves with each generation, borrowing elements of urban grandeur to highlight the subject. Production stops after six months, ensuring its rarity.
