It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A Glimpse into Gothic Elegance

Step into a world where dark romance and vintage elegance converge, capturing the essence of a bygone era with a touch of the mysterious. Our Gothic Woman Portrait in Regal Rose features dramatic elements—hats, gloves, and iconic roses—that enhance the natural grace of anyone drawn to gothic aesthetics.

Unlike any generic portrait, this piece is tailored for those who wear their uniqueness like a crown, ensuring they remain the centerpiece of intrigue and timeless beauty.

TL;DR: The Regal Rose Gothic Portrait transforms photos into elegant, enigmatic artwork for women who revel in gothic glamour and vintage flair, making it perfect for birthdays or anniversaries.

Who Embraces Lush Gothic Beauty?

This portrait is perfect for women drawn to the allure of gothic fashion, those who relish in the play of shadow and light, and who love dramatic, historical elegance. Not ideal for someone seeking a minimalist or modern aesthetic.

Crafting The Dark Elegance

We start with your high-quality photo, use AI to integrate it into our gothic world, and let artists refine it to perfection. About 1 in 12 portraits are retouched to elevate facial nuances that AI can't capture. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures every canvas meets our rigorous standard before printing on museum-quality material.

What Sets This Gothic Canvas Apart?

While typical portraits may feature repetitive designs, our Gothic Woman Portrait stands apart by retiring themes every six months, ensuring your piece remains as unique as the woman it's celebrating.
