It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is Our Easter Portrait Right for Your Love Story?

This Easter portrait is an ideal gift for couples who enjoy festive decor and want to showcase their playful side. It's perfect for those celebrating anniversaries or simply desire to add cheer to their seasonal decoration. However, it may not appeal to traditional art collectors looking for classic styles.

How Do We Craft Your Easter Joy?

We start with your photo, brilliantly merging it with our Easter-themed design through an AI face-swap. Our artists then refine every detail, ensuring each portrait mirrors your likeness. Our canvases are museum-quality, but about 1 in 12 designs are discarded for precision. It's how we guarantee satisfaction.

Why Choose Our Bunny Portrait Over Ordinary Prints?

Unlike generic prints, this portrait is entirely personalized. Each face is yours, making every canvas a unique masterpiece. We refresh our themes semi-annually to ensure your piece remains a rare find displayed with pride every Easter.
