It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform a Photo into Wizarding Magic

Step into a world of mystique where your photo meets a magical canvas. Our wizarding-themed portrait captures the allure and intrigue of a classic wizarding universe, complete with an elegant robe, striped scarf, and a snowy owl companion set against a wintery backdrop. It's a scene that whispers of enchanted corridors and spells just out of reach.

This isn't just a picture; it's a gateway to a world where fantasy is just a spell away. Ideal for anyone who dreams of attending a certain magical school or those who've always felt a kinship with wise old owls.

TL;DR: Magically transform a loved one's photo into a wizarding-themed portrait, perfect for fantasy lovers marking a special occasion.

Who steps seamlessly into a wizard's world?

This portrait is perfect for the fantasy lover with a penchant for the mystical — think teens who are fans of beloved wizard sagas or any adult who hasn’t quite outgrown their enchanted youth. Not for those who prefer minimalism or avoid elaborate tales of magic.

How do we conjure your wizarding portrait?

Upload your photograph, and our AI begins the magical facelift, sketching out a fantasy realm for your likeness. But it doesn’t end there; our artists personally refine about 1 in 12 faces for the perfect spellbinding effect before the image is printed on museum-quality canvas. Each piece passes through skilled hands to ensure it makes the grade.

What sets our wizard portraits apart from mere muggle art?

This is not your standard stock print but a personal portal to a fantastical reality — crafted uniquely for you. The theme, updated every six months, is exclusive to keep your magic special and rare. No generic charm here.
