It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Memories Into VHS Magic

Step back into the nostalgic glow of the 80s with our VHS Overlay Custom Portrait. Perfect for those who fondly remember the era of oversized tapes and Saturday morning cartoons. This unique retro design wraps your cherished moments in vibrant, simulated VHS static and artifacting.

The palette is a stunning blend of neon glows and muted tones, capturing the essence of an analog time when screens flickered with promise and possibility. Perfectly suited for anyone who adores vintage aesthetics, this portrait isn't just a picture – it's a time machine.

TL;DR: This custom canvas turns your photo into a retro VHS-style portrait, ideal for fans of the '80s and those with a nostalgic bent. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and vintage enthusiasts.

Who would love a throwback VHS style portrait?

This portrait is perfect for retro lovers, 80s kids reliving 'Back to the Future' moments, and anyone who misses the tactile feel of a VHS tape. It's not the best fit for those who prefer sleek, modern aesthetics without a hint of nostalgia.

How do we capture that VHS aesthetic?

Your photo journey begins with an AI-driven face-swap that positions your likeness into the heart of our VHS-inspired template. Our team discards about 1 in 12 AI generations that lack authenticity before an artist refines the details, ensuring each piece dazzles with analog charm. Finally, it's printed on museum-grade canvas for lasting enjoyment.

What's unique about our VHS Overlay portraits?

Unlike generic photos with limited vintage filters, our VHS portraits are one-of-a-kind. The VHS effect is meticulously crafted to mirror authentic static and glitches, bringing genuine 80s flair to each portrait. These designs are retired after six months, keeping them exclusive.
