I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who truly shines with a Vanity Portrait?

This Vanity Portrait is perfect for women who delight in her carefully curated beauty rituals, along with their furry sidekicks. Ideal for moms who love their pets as much as their morning routines or beauty aficionados who appreciate chic decor. Probably not the best pick if minimalism is more her vibe.

How is your Vanity Portrait created?

Simply upload your favorite photo featuring the lady and her pet, and generate a free preview in a few clicks. You can review the look and feel of the artwork before choosing your preferred canvas size and placing an order. No payment details required until you're ready to buy.

Why choose our Vanity Portrait over others?

Unlike generic pet portraits, this artwork combines the elegance of vanity lighting with personal connections, offering a sophisticated aesthetic that's unique and touching. The fusion of subject and setting creates an intimate memoir rather than just a visual rendering.
