I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Meet Your Dark Side at the Castle Gates

Step into the shadowy elegance of a vampire's domain with our Vampire Castle Portrait. Imagine yourself or your loved ones draped in sumptuous Gothic attire, framed by the towering spires and moonlit mist of a mysterious castle.

This is not just a portrait; it's an invitation to embrace the rich textures of velvet and lace, enveloped in a palette of deep reds and midnight blues. Perfect for those who crave an air of intrigue and timeless style.

TL;DR: Unleash your inner vampire with our Vampire Castle Custom Portrait. Ideal for Halloween enthusiasts or anyone obsessed with Gothic elegance.

Are You or Your Friends Ready for a Vampire Vibe?

This portrait is perfect for Halloween lovers or anyone with a passion for the Gothic aesthetic. Ideal for those who want to bring a touch of mystery to their home decor. If you're not a fan of spooky themes or prefer minimalist styles, this might not be your first choice.

What's the Magic Behind Your Vampire Transformation?

Your journey begins with a photo upload, where AI technology meshes your image onto a lavish vampire scene. But it's not just tech—our head of production, Maya, oversees the hand-embellishing process, ensuring each canvas retains a human touch. Surprisingly, about 1 in 12 attempts are scrapped if the blend isn't stunning enough.

Why This Vampire Portrait Stands Apart

Unlike generic canvas prints, this custom piece captivates with its one-of-a-kind design. We use face-swapping techniques, retiring themes every six months so your castle portrait remains a true rarity among friends and family.
