It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Family Bonds in Timeless Style

The Family Reunion custom portrait captures the irreplaceable warmth of multigenerational gatherings like no other. Each canvas, rendered in an impasto oil style, emulates the nostalgia of those cherished summer reunions, inviting a flurry of shared stories and laughter.

Feel the weight of history and love in every brushstroke, as this portrait bridges generations in a stunning vertical format. It's more than a portrait; it's an heirloom that gives life to your family's legacy, elevating your living room like a treasured artifact.

TL;DR: A heartfelt gift for grandparents or families cherishing their roots. This custom Family Reunion portrait captures generations in rich, textured detail.

Who Will Love This Generational Portrait?

This portrait is a heartfelt gift for grandparents who cherish the history and bond of their extended family, especially those who fondly recall large summer gatherings. It suits nostalgic parents looking to immortalize their children's childhoods. However, if you're seeking something ultra-modern or highly abstract, this classic styling might not hit the mark.

How Does Your Family Portrait Come Together?

Upload a separate photo of each person, up to six photos (a photo of two people brings both of them). A free preview appears in minutes, with no payment. If you order, an artist checks the portrait, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

What Sets This Family Portrait Apart from the Rest?

This portrait isn’t just another canvas; it’s an emotional journey through your family's history, told through the classic art of impasto. Unlike basic photo prints, this product offers a tactile experience that turns memories into living art.
