I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who should gift this teacher portrait?

This portrait is perfect for students who want to honor a teacher who's made a significant impact on their lives, especially those retiring or celebrating a milestone. However, if your teacher isn't a fan of personal mementos, this might not be the best choice.

What goes into these custom portraits?

We start with your photo upload, creating an AI-generated sketch. Our artists then refine it, ensuring every detail of your snapshot comes to life on premium canvas. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 AI generations are redone to perfect the final look.

Why choose our portrait over generic teacher gifts?

Unlike generic teacher gifts like mugs or pens, this portrait is a unique artwork tailored to your experience. Plus, we only release themes for six months to maintain exclusivity and ensure your gift remains truly special.
