I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: An electrifying custom portrait for music lovers who live for the stage. Ideal for birthdays, Father's Day, anniversaries, and more.

Is This Portrait the Right Fit for Your Music Lover?

This portrait is perfect for those who dream of hitting the big stage—music enthusiasts, aspiring musicians, or anyone captivated by the rhythm and energy of live performances. It's not the best fit for those uninterested in the rock genre or prefer minimalist decor.

How We Build Your Rock Star Moment

After you upload your photo, an advanced AI does the initial face-swap onto a rock stage template. But we don’t stop there. Our artists refine every detail, ensuring authenticity and charm. Our head of production, Maya Chen, shares that we discard nearly 1 in 12 portraits during QA if the faces don't lock perfectly.

Why Our Musician Portraits Rock Harder

Unlike mass-produced prints, our rock musician portrait is a one-off masterpiece, tailored from your photo and imbued with concert vibes. The theme refreshes every six months, so owning one is like holding a ticket to an exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime gig.
