I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Welcoming a rescue cat into your home is a heartwarming story of second chances, love, and loyalty — encapsulate this journey with our Cozy Cat Portrait Canvas. Think of it as the moment frozen in time when you knew your newfound feline friend was family.

Rendered with soothing earth tones that harmonize with any room, this canvas is more than decor; it's a celebration of your cat's new beginning. Ideal for those cozy corners or your pet's favorite napping spot.

TL;DR: Capture the special moment of welcoming a rescue cat into your home with a personalized portrait on museum-quality canvas. Perfect for pet lovers and adoption milestones.

Is a Rescue Cat Portrait Actually Worth It?

This canvas is perfect for individuals who've taken the noble step of adopting a rescue cat. It's an absolute treat for new pet owners wanting to commemorate a 'gotcha day' or pet lovers cherishing their furry mates. Perhaps not for those who prefer minimalist decor or avoid animal-themed art.

How Does Rescue Pet Art Get Created?

Our process begins with you uploading your favorite photo, followed by our AI face-swap magic. An artist then enhances each detail, ensuring a true likeness before it's printed on premium canvas. About 1 in 12 drafts don't meet our quality bar, showing our relentless dedication to portrait perfection.

Why Choose This Cozy Canvas Over Cheaper Prints?

Unlike generic pet photos slotted into pre-made frames, this one-of-a-kind piece emerges from a curated intersection of technology and handcrafted precision. Every portrait is unique to your pet — and the serene color choices mean it complements all interiors effortlessly.
