It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Memories into Stunning Art

Every photo has a story, and our Portrait Canvas transforms those memories into elegant art pieces. Imagine your loved one’s face rendered with rich textures and vibrant colors, speaking volumes of affection and nostalgia. Perfect for adding warmth and personality to any room.

This isn't your average photo print. Our artists transpose your image into artistic masterpieces with a touch of sophistication, bringing your memories to life in a way that resonates deeply. Be it a celebration or a cherished memory, this portrait elevates it into a centerpiece of conversation and emotion.

TL;DR: Capture cherished moments with a personalized Portrait Canvas. Ideal for those seeking a sophisticated, heartfelt gift for any occasion.

Which gift-givers will treasure this canvas?

This portrait suits anyone seeking to immortalize their memories with a touch of sophistication. Ideal for parents commemorating their anniversary, individuals celebrating a milestone birthday, or friends wanting to capture a special bond. However, if you're expecting quick, digital prints, this hand-crafted art might not be your style.

How is unique art made from your photo?

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, which undergoes an AI face-swap to fit our artistic framework. Our artists then step in to refine the details, ensuring accuracy and vibrancy. We carefully discard about 1 in 12 attempts where the likeness doesn’t align perfectly, assuring you receive only the best quality. Final pieces are crafted on museum-quality canvas, providing both durability and a premium look.

Why choose a Portrait Canvas over others?

Unlike generic photo prints, our Portrait Canvas is a one-of-one creation — each face is uniquely yours. We retire themes after six months, ensuring each piece stays exclusive and special. It’s not merely a photo on canvas; it's your history, your emotion, rendered by hands that care about every intricate detail.
