It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This personalized Pearl & Oyster Mermaid portrait is perfect for moms and ocean lovers, adding a soothing, elegant touch to homes. Ideal for birthdays or Mother’s Day.

Who Thrives in the Mermaid Realm?

This portrait is ideal for moms, ocean lovers, and anyone looking to bring a serene touch into their living space. The gentle hues and delicate pearl accents make it especially meaningful as a Mother’s Day or birthday gift. If you're seeking something more edgy, like the Moonlit Siren, this might not be your best fit.

How Do We Craft Your Aquatic Dream?

After you upload your photo, we use advanced AI to blend your features into a hand-painted mermaid setting. About 1 in 12 images needs reworking for a perfect fit, ensuring only the highest quality. Our head of production, Maya, insists on rigorous checks so your portrait matches our high standards on a museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose This Magical Marine Masterpiece?

Unlike generic prints, our portrait precisely captures your essence within an exclusive theme, ensuring your mermaid dream is one-of-a-kind. After six months, we retire themes to keep each work rare and special. Experience the personal touch missing from most canvases.
