It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Classic Parisian Art Studio

Step into the world of a timeless Parisian atelier with our artist-inspired custom portrait. This piece places you amidst the romantic nuances of an artist's studio — think easels, palettes, muted pastels, and soft light casting evocative shadows. It’s a look that flatters anyone with a taste for vintage elegance and the creative spirit of Montmartre.

Our Parisian Atelier Artist portrait channels the charm and sophistication of the creative world, making it a radiant choice for birthdays, anniversaries, or simply as a beloved art lover’s gift. Not everyone can claim they have a face worthy of a historic artist's palette — but with this, they almost can.

TL;DR: For art lovers and creatives, this Parisian Atelier Artist Portrait blends personal essence with vintage charm in a custom canvas. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or to celebrate a love of classic art.

Who flourishes in a Parisian atelier look?

This portrait shines for art-enthused individuals who savor the charm of Paris's historical art scenes, be it a sibling passionate about painting or a friend who can spend hours admiring impressionist works. It's especially apt for someone who finds joy in creative self-expression. However, those seeking a vibrant, modern splash of color might find its softer tones less appealing.

How is the Parisian Atelier Portrait crafted?

Your journey to artistry begins by uploading a favorite photo. We use AI face-swap technology to plant your face within a pre-designed classic atelier scene. But don’t worry, it's not all tech — our artists personally refine each piece. However, we do discard about 1 in 12 attempts to ensure faces fit the narrative perfectly.

What sets this apart from a typical portrait?

In contrast to generic prints, each Parisian Atelier Artist Portrait is meticulously crafted. It's personalized art in a historical setting, retiring themes after limited runs to keep them exclusive. This guarantees both uniqueness and scarcity, two key components of a truly personal gift, impossible to duplicate elsewhere.
