It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Are You the Right Fit for the Metal Queen Look?

If you're a lover of gothic aesthetic, celebrator of edgy styles, or simply want to step into a larger-than-life role, this portrait's your forte. However, if pastels and softer themes are your preference, you might want to explore something like the Romantic Gothic Canvas instead.

Why Choose Our Metal Queen Over Other Gothic Portraits?

It's not merely a depiction, but a transformation that resonates with the heart of gothic culture.
