It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which Dino Dreamers Should Dive into This Adventure?

The ideal gift for young dino enthusiasts who dream of being explorers and adventurous souls who imagine wandering through the Jurassic era. If your child prefers modern tech over ancient worlds, this might not hit the mark.

How Do We Transport You Back in Dinosaur Time?

Each portrait begins with your uploaded photo. We use AI for initial face integration into the jungle scene, then our artists refine every detail to captivate young adventurers. About 1 in 12 of our AI-generated results aren't perfect and are redone.

Why Choose This Dino Adventure Over Any Other?

Unlike generic animal or jungle prints, our portraits are unique to your child, capturing their adventurous spirit in a dinosaur-filled landscape. Each theme retires after six months, ensuring exclusivity.
