It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Elegance: Personalized Kimono Art

Step into the timeless allure of Japan with our Japanese Kimono Custom Portrait. This isn't just any portrait — it's a vivid celebration of elegance and tradition, brought to life on canvas. Imagine your loved one gracing a timeless setting, draped in the intricate beauty of a classic kimono.

The vibrant hues and delicate patterns on our museum-quality canvas draw viewers in, highlighting the serene grace and beauty unique to this historical attire. Perfect for those who appreciate cultural richness and artistic sophistication.

TL;DR: The Japanese Kimono Custom Portrait is a tailored canvas gift, celebrating elegance and tradition for those who appreciate cultural beauty. Ideal for anniversaries and birthdays.

Who transforms into a work of art with kimonos?

This portrait suits those who cherish Japanese culture, whether it's a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary or an individual marking a significant birthday. Those who appreciate traditional aesthetics will find this particularly moving. Not the best fit for someone looking for a plain photo print without thematic elements.

What's the art process behind your kimono portrait?

We start by uploading your chosen photo and using advanced AI for a seamless face-swap into a kimono scene. Our artists then meticulously refine each detail to reflect authenticity. Did you know? About 1 in 10 AI generations don't meet our standards for facial accuracy and are redone for perfection.

Why choose this kimono portrait over others?

Unlike typical printed canvases, this portrait is truly one-of-one. Your kimono scene will never be replicated for another, preserving its exclusivity. Similarly themed portraits find kinship in our Indian Attire Custom Portrait for other cultural tastes.
