It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Will Truly Appreciate an Ice Mage Portrait?

Fantasy aficionados who dream of spellbinding worlds will fall in love with the Ice Mage Custom Portrait. This is a great gift for teenagers captivated by magical realms or adults who've never let go of their whimsical side. If realistic or contemporary styles are more their speed, this theme might not hit the mark.

How Do Our Ice Mage Portraits Get Crafted?

Our process begins with your photo. Through a blend of AI technology and skilled artistry, we transform it into a captivating Ice Mage portrait. Initially, the AI handles a face-swap, setting the scene in a world of icy magic. After this, our artists refine each detail to perfection. About 1 in 12 attempts is discarded if the face integration isn't seamless, ensuring every piece meets our high standards.

Why Choose Our Ice Mage Portrait Over a Stock Canvas?

What sets this apart is the one-of-a-kind customization and limited availability. Unlike mass-produced prints, each Ice Mage Portrait is carefully crafted with your essence in mind. After six months, the design is retired, ensuring its rarity. Trust us, your gift won't just decorate a wall — it will mesmerize and talk to the soul.
