I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Memories into Timeless Art

This portrait isn't just a picture; it's a heartfelt emblem of sibling camaraderie. Capture that moment when your brother stood by you, through thick and thin, in a piece that blends artistry with authenticity. Our elegant style leans on classical palettes, making it a sophisticated accent for any room.

Not just for any brother, but for those who've been a pillar in your life — from the time he taught you to ride a bike to the shared laughs over family dinners. A canvas that truly honors that legacy.

TL;DR: This custom canvas is perfect for brothers who appreciate the elegance of timeless art. Ideal for birthdays, graduations, or a simple gesture of appreciation, it celebrates the unique sibling bond.

Is This Portrait Right for Your Brother?

This portrait is a hit with brothers who value sentimentality and understated elegance. It's for those who appreciate classic styles, not sport memorabilia or flashy displays. Perfect for an older brother who's seen you through life, or a younger brother making his way — as long as he's a fan of personal keepsakes.

How We Craft Your Treasured Sibling Portrait

We start with your photo upload, transforming it via AI face-swap technology before our artists refine the details by hand. It's then printed on museum-quality canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding roughly 1 in 12 generations to ensure the face precisely captures personality and expression.

Why Opt for Our Canvas Over Regular Photos?

Unlike generic photo prints, this canvas is a unique creation that combines technology with art. Plus, each theme is retired after six months to enhance its rarity and exclusivity — no sibling rivalry over gift duplicates!
