I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Join the Ghost Hunt: Halloween Magic

Embrace the eerie thrills of Halloween with a Ghost Hunters portrait, where family and pets are reimagined in a timeless hunt for spirits. The canvas exudes a spectral glow, casting your favorite photo into an atmospheric world where whispers from beyond the grave meet the autumn chill.

We blend haunting backdrops with artisan flair to produce not just a portrait, but a moody adventure that merges nostalgia and hair-raising fun. Complete the scene with phantom-like hues and shadowy play, perfect for those who adore the spooky yet sentimental echoes of the season.

TL;DR: This Ghost Hunters Halloween portrait is ideal for families and pet lovers enchanted by the spooky season. A seasonal standout piece to honor your love for ghostly adventures.

Which Halloween enthusiasts will love this?

This portrait is tailor-made for families who thrive on the playful eeriness of Halloween, where ghost stories and dark flicks dominate the evening agenda. It’s also a treat for pet parents wanting their furry friends in on the fun. Avoid this if realistic, formal themes are your preference; it’s all about Halloween fantasy!

How does the ghostly transformation happen?

Start by uploading a photo steeped in family fun. Our AI begins with a detailed face-swap, setting the spooky stage, before it's passed on to our artists for the ghostly finesse. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each portrait's spectral allure meets our standards, although 1 in 12 tries might not make the cut due to quality control.

Why choose our Ghost Hunters Portrait?

Unlike stitch-together digital prints, this Ghost Hunters portrait uniquely captures your family's spirit with retired themes, ensuring that your eerie canvas remains an exclusive piece of art, revisited only by inviting a new spirit the next Halloween.
