I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a World of Blossoms

Imagine her stepping through a white picket gate, enveloped in a riot of colorful blossoms and lush greenery. Our Garden Gate Custom Portrait captures that serene moment, transforming her presence into a timeless scene of tranquility and beauty.

This isn't just a portrait; it's a moment of peace and elegance, presented on premium canvas. Ideal for those who find joy in nature and the understated elegance of a garden in full bloom.

TL;DR: Transform her photo into a personalized Flower Garden portrait, ideal for nature lovers celebrating special occasions like anniversaries or Mother's Day.

Is this the perfect portrait for her?

This portrait enchants those who cherish the beauty of nature. Perfect for mothers, grandmothers, or partners who love spending afternoons in their gardens. It's not the best fit for those who prefer urban or contemporary settings.

How do I create a garden masterpiece?

Upload a clear photo of her, type her favourite flowers, and see the free preview of her painted in her garden. If you order, an artist checks the portrait and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Why choose this floral scene over others?

Unlike typical portraits, this piece captures a singular moment of calm and beauty at a garden gate, offering a personalized touch that resonates deeply with nature lovers.

Vanlige spørsmål

Will it look like her?She is painted from your photo, so her face, hair, age and glasses carry over. Use a clear photo where her face is easy to see. The free preview shows the result before you pay, and an artist checks the portrait before anything is printed.
Can you paint her favorite flowers?Yes. Type them in the "Her favorite flowers" box (any flowers, with their colors) and the free preview paints them in her basket and her garden. Leave it empty to keep the flowers shown.
Can you letter her garden's name?Type the name for the sign (up to 22 characters; a longer name sits on two lines). Leave it empty for a plain painted sign. The preview shows the lettering before you pay.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. You approve the artwork before anything is printed. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision on your order page and an artist makes it before printing.
Canvas or digital? Both are offered: a cotton canvas ready to hang, or the digital file, available right after checkout. For canvas, check the live delivery estimate at checkout.
Kan jeg se en forhåndsvisning før kjøpet?

Ja.
