I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Memories into Timeless Art

Picture your cherished moment, reimagined as an exquisite art piece hanging proudly in your living room. Our custom portrait allows you to take a beloved photo and transform it into a canvas that rivals those found in any museum gallery.

This isn't just a copy-paste service; it's an opportunity to immortalize someone's essence in a manner that's both heartfelt and visually striking. Suitable for any milestone, whether a graduation, retirement, or anniversary.

TL;DR: Our custom art portrait, crafted on museum-quality canvas, is a perfect gift for capturing special moments and loved ones in artistic elegance.

Is this art portrait the perfect gift for your loved one?

This custom art portrait is perfect for spouses celebrating anniversaries, parents cherishing a family moment, or friends honoring life's milestones. Not ideal for those seeking multiple faces or made-for-meme moments.

How is my custom art portrait created?

We begin by uploading your photo into our system, where AI technology performs a basic overlay. Our artists then meticulously refine this base, ensuring every brush stroke speaks to the individual's essence. Despite the high acceptance rate, around 1 in 12 are discarded when the desired quality isn't met.

What sets our custom portraits apart from others?

Unlike typical canvas prints, each creation is unique to your photo. Our portraits do not rely solely on digital manipulation; artist intervention ensures every detail complements the subject, offering a sophisticated finish that generic products lack.
