I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who finds joy in a personalized photo portrait?

Ideal for anyone looking to capture and celebrate the unique personality of a loved one. Perfect for special moments such as birthdays, anniversaries, or even retirement gifts — like Daniel R. from Austin, TX who surprised his dad on his retirement. If you’re expecting multiple people in one portrait, our Custom Funny Couple Portrait might be a better fit.

How do we craft your photo into art?

Your uploaded photo goes through a face-swap process using AI technology. Our expert artists then refine this into a stunning portrait, printed on premium canvas. To ensure unrivaled quality, approximately 1 in 12 images are discarded during our rigorous selection process, as overseen by Maya, our head of production.

What makes this photo portrait a unique keepsake?

Unlike generic prints, each canvas is a one-of-a-kind piece, crafted to reflect the unique personality captured in your photo. We retire themes to maintain exclusivity, ensuring your artwork has a personal touch that never goes out of style.
