I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

With a blend of vivid colors and intricate details, the Portrait stands out as a modern classic, fitting seamlessly into any home decor. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or just because, it's a memorable gift for art lovers and sentimentalists alike.

TL;DR: The Custom Portrait transforms a beloved photo into a unique canvas piece, ideal for gifting to art aficionados or those celebrating meaningful occasions.

Who Will Appreciate a Portrait?

Perfect for anyone who loves personalized gifts, especially those who adore capturing memories in art form. It's a hit among nostalgic individuals or families wanting to immortalize a moment. If you're searching for a gift for someone who prefers practical gifts over decor, this might not be the best fit.

How is a Portrait Crafted?

The process begins with uploading your chosen photo, which is then enhanced using AI face-swapping technology. This is further refined by our artists to ensure every detail is perfect before being printed on museum-quality canvas. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 AI generations are retouched to match our quality standards, ensuring you receive only the best.

Why Choose a Canvas Over a Generic Print?

Unlike generic prints, our Portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation tailored just for you, preserving your unique memories. Plus, we retire the theme every few months to maintain its rarity, enhancing its sentimental value.
