I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which special moments are perfect for this custom art?

This custom art portrait suits anyone looking for a personalized gift to capture and celebrate special moments. Ideal for artists and those who appreciate unique, creative gifts. If you prefer traditional photo prints, this may not be for you.

What makes our custom art creation process unique?

Our artists start by transforming your uploaded photo into a digital canvas using AI technology. Each piece is then refined meticulously by our head of production, Maya, to ensure perfection. We reject about 1 in 12 generations if the image doesn't meet our quality standards, so rest assured, only the best makes it onto canvas.

Why choose this over standard photo prints?

Unlike generic photo prints, our custom art portrait is meticulously designed to reflect your personal style and the essence of your memories. Each canvas is a unique masterpiece, making it a truly one-of-one gift.
