It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Feel the Heat and Cool with Fire and Ice

Step into a realm where your love story is immortalized through the enchanting elements of fire and ice. This portrait transforms you and your partner into a striking duo—one embodying the intense fervor of flame, the other the serene strength of ice. It's not just art; it's a symbol of your unique bond.

With backgrounds reminiscent of both a fiery sunset and a serene frozen landscape, the canvas strikes a balance that speaks to those who celebrate the dualities in their relationship. It's perfect for those daring couples who see each other's quirks and contrasts as complementary rather than contradictory.

TL;DR: This portrait explores love's fiery passion and icy strength, capturing contrasting energies in a personalized canvas suitable for bold couples with a flair for drama.

Who finds magic in the Fire and Ice balance?

This portrait is perfect for couples intrigued by the powerful symbolism of fire and ice—those who see their love as a harmonious blend of opposites. It tends to resonate with partners who have fiery debates and icy calm moments. However, if you're looking for a lighter, whimsical theme, the Mermaid Ocean Canvas might suit better.

What's the spark behind the magic creation?

Upload your favorite couple photo and get an instant free preview. No commitments needed to preview. Once you're satisfied, choose your canvas format and size through the live selector, and proceed to order. Simple, hassle-free steps to see your vision come to life.
