I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

A New Dog's Welcome: Picture-Perfect Arrival

The moment you welcome a new puppy or rescue dog into your family is filled with joyful chaos. Think wagging tails, excited giggles, and the scent of fresh pet accessories. Our Joyful Family Reunion Canvas perfectly encapsulates that whirlwind of emotion, preserving it forever against a rich backdrop.

Unlike anything off-the-shelf, this artwork brings together the pure joy of this new addition with family smiles, making it a piece as warm as your first night home with your furry friend. Flatter your family memories with an artwork that favors genuine emotion over Instagram polish.

TL;DR: Capture the joy of bringing home a new dog with our custom Family Reunion Canvas. It's perfect for families celebrating their new furry friend and those heartfelt 'gotcha' days.

Which families will hang this new pet welcome in their living room?

This canvas is a heartwarming addition for families who’ve just adopted a new dog and want to treasure that special moment, whether it's a rambunctious puppy or a contented rescue. If you're looking for a piece to capture a sleek, minimalist style, this may not hit the mark due to its vivid personality and heartfelt sentiment.

How is your pet's happy day turned into an art piece?

Start by uploading your cherished homecoming photo. Our AI plants your dog's unique traits into an inviting scene showcasing joyful expressions. However, we do reject about 1 in 12 creations — if it just doesn't capture that authentic spark. From there, artists refine every detail before producing your masterpiece on museum-quality canvas.

What sets this new pet canvas apart?

What makes this different from off-the-shelf pet art? Simple: it's your story. We retire designs every six months, ensuring your canvas's rarity. Unlike generic prints, each piece mirrors the true spirit of that memorable adoption day.
