How it's made

You upload your photo, we run it through our AI face-modeling pipeline to extract a clean facial mesh, and then our artists manually place that likeness into the pet-welcome scene — adjusting lighting, expression angle, and skin tone to match the composition. We reject about 1 in 12 initial generations because the face doesn't lock properly: eyes misalign, or the age rendering skews more than a few years off. When that happens we regenerate rather than patch. After the artist pass, the approved file goes to print on 400gsm museum-grade canvas with archival inks, hand-stretched over a kiln-dried pine frame. The whole process runs 3-5 business days before it ships.
