We print to order, so there's no inventory sitting in a warehouse — your portrait is made when you buy it, which does mean we can't do same-day shipping. Hang it away from direct sunlight if you can — the UV-resistant inks hold well, but sustained direct sun will fade anything over years. Dust with a dry microfiber cloth; don't wet the canvas surface. If anything's wrong with the portrait when it arrives — likeness is off, print quality isn't what you expected, damage in transit — we have a 60-day satisfaction policy: we'll reprint or refund, no lengthy back-and-forth required.
