US orders arrive in 5–7 business days; UK, Canada, and Australia typically 7–10 days; the rest of the EU runs 7–14 days, though customs can add a day or two and we can't control that. Once it's with you, hang it away from direct sunlight and high humidity (bathrooms are a bad idea, no matter how nice it looks there). Dust it with a dry microfiber cloth — no sprays, no water.
