It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Fido into Watercolor Wonder

Picture your beloved pet awash in soft, dreamy hues. Our Custom Watercolor Dog Portraits weave magic into the ordinary, turning everyday snapshots into ethereal art pieces. Each canvas is a unique celebration of your furry friend, highlighted by gentle florals and personalized touches.

Critters come to life under the skilled refinement of our artists, blending digital precision with human touch. It's not just a photo – it's an everlasting watercolor memoir of your pet's quirks and charisma.

TL;DR: Turn your dog's cherished photo into a whimsical watercolor masterpiece. Perfect for pet parents who adore unique, artistic expressions of their furry companions.

Who gets the most out of these enchanting pet portraits?

Ideal for devoted pet parents who cherish personal, heartfelt tributes. Great for gift-givers seeking something truly special for partners or friends with four-legged family members. If you're after a simple stock photo print, this isn't for you.

What’s the secret behind these whimsical artworks?

Starts with your uploaded photo. AI maps your pet's features into an initial watercolor style which our artists refine meticulously, ensuring every detail – from a wagging tail to twinkling eyes – is perfect. Our head of production, Maya, says about 8% of attempts don't make the cut due to stringent quality checks.

How does this watercolor magic stand out from other pet prints?

This isn't just any pet print; it's a unique blend of technology and artistry. Unlike generic stock art, each portrait is tailor-made, capturing your pet's essence and framed in floral fantasy that you won't find recycled on another wall.
