I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Memories Into Western Legends

Nothing channels the spirit of the American frontier like a vintage Wild West wanted poster. Ideal for those who feel at home under the endless skies of a desert sunset, this piece captures a rugged, nostalgic vibe perfect for the true cowboy heart.

Whether you're gifting a retirement surprise or capturing playful moments with your partner, this canvas serves as more than just décor—it's a time machine to the saloons and dusty trails of yore.

TL;DR: A personalized Wild West wanted poster canvas for those who live for vintage charm, ideal as a gag gift or a keepsake for cowboy culture lovers.

Who Needs Their Face on a Wanted Poster?

Perfect for anyone who loves cowboy culture or vintage Western themes, this piece speaks to dads 45+ reminiscing about John Wayne films or friends deep into country music and line dancing. Not ideal if you're after a modern or minimalistic look.

How is Your Wild West Persona Created?

We start with your photo and let advanced AI cast it into the spotlight of a wanted poster, swapping faces while retaining authenticity. Then, real artists touch up details, ensuring every canvas stands out. We do reject roughly 1 in 12 if it doesn't hit the mark.

Why Choose This Wanted Poster Over Basic Prints?

Unlike generic stock prints, our wanted poster is exclusively yours. Each theme is retired after 6 months, ensuring your canvas remains a rare treasure, evocative of the unique experiences that Western life symbolized.
