I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Make Your Pet the Ultimate Outlaw

Transport your pet to the rugged heart of the Wild West with our Custom Wanted Poster. These AI-regenerated portraits capture the gritty charm of frontier life, making your furry friend the star of their own saloon saga.

Perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to your home decor or as a unique gift for Western enthusiasts, this canvas pairs nostalgia with a sprinkle of humor. Our old-timey poster style brings sepia tones and vintage fonts to any room.

TL;DR: Perfect for pet owners who love Westerns, our cowboy-themed canvas turns your pet into an outlaw on a wanted poster — a fun, personalized decoration.

Which pet lovers will adore a cowboy-themed canvas?

This Wanted Poster is ideal for pet owners with a love for Westerns or those who want to commemorate their cheeky pup or sneaky cat with a twist. If you're into modern or minimalist themes, this may not be the best fit.

How we capture that authentic outlaw aura

We start with your photo, letting AI craft a playful cowboy transformation before handing it off to our skilled artists who ensure each detail shines. Did you know we discard about 1 in 12 generations to ensure perfect facial blends?

Why choose our Wanted Poster over a generic pet portrait?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, our portrait is one-of-a-kind, featuring your pet in the starring role. Once we've run its course, we retire the theme, ensuring your canvas remains a unique piece of art.
