It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Victorian Grace and Elegance

Picture her enveloped in the opulence of the Victorian era, adorned in luxurious drapery and classic bonnets. This portrait is more than a picture; it's a journey back in time.

Our Victorian theme captures a palette of deep burgundy and gold, evoking the grandeur of 19th-century aristocracy. Perfect for those who appreciate the art of the past, it brings sophistication to any room.

TL;DR: Transform a cherished photo into a regal Victorian canvas. Ideal for women with a penchant for classic elegance, it's a luxurious keepsake that adds historical sophistication to any space.

Which Women Shine in Victorian Style?

This portrait suits women who adore the elegance of vintage aesthetics and appreciate historical sophistication. It's an exceptional gift for mothers, grandmothers, or close friends who cherish personal and ornate home décor. Not ideal for those seeking modern or abstract art styles.

What's the Process Behind the Victorian Glamour?

We start by uploading your chosen photo into our system, where AI performs an initial face-swap. Our artists then refine each detail, ensuring the likeness embodies true Victorian elegance. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 attempts don't make the cut, ensuring each portrait meets our standards. The piece is finally printed on high-quality museum canvas.

How Does This Stand Out from Regular Portraits?

Unlike generic portraits, our Victorian canvas is a one-of-a-kind blend of technology and artistry, tailored uniquely for you. Every design retires within six months, maintaining the exclusivity and distinctiveness reminiscent of true heirlooms.
