It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which Couples Laugh Through Thanksgiving Kitchen Fires?

This portrait fits couples who find joy in the bustling chaos of Thanksgiving kitchen episodes. Whether you're celebrating a newfound love or decades together, if you thrive on shared smiles and flour-filled aprons, this is for you. Not recommended for those seeking refined elegance over playful warmth.

How Do We Capture Thanksgiving Whimsy?

Your chosen photo undergoes a transformation — initially by AI, then meticulous paint touches by our artists. We sometimes discard about 1 in 12 initial attempts when facial recognition doesn't quite capture your essence. But when it clicks, it's magical. Final portraits are printed on museum-grade canvas, showcasing vibrant Thanksgiving warmth.

What Sets Our Thanksgiving Canvas Apart?

Unlike the usual static canvas prints, our Thanksgiving Kitchen Chaos is personal and dynamic, making your quirks the centerpiece. Retiring themes keeps your portrait exclusive, a snapshot of your unique love story. It’s the hilarity and heart of Thanksgiving, immortalized.
