It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Her Survivor Journey in Art

Step into a narrative of resilience and triumph with our Custom Survivor Single Woman Portrait. Featuring symbolic elements like pink ribbons and blooming flowers, this portrait transforms personal photos into powerful memorials that speak of endurance and hope.

There's a distinct strength captured in every brushstroke, enhanced with radiant light rays and an inspirational banner. Ideal for remembering a journey bravely fought, this portrait doesn't just sit on the wall—it's a constant reminder of the warrior spirit within.

TL;DR: Honor an incredible woman's journey with a Custom Survivor Single Woman Portrait, featuring personal symbols like pink ribbons and flowers. Perfect for memorials.

Who Finds Strength in a Survivor Portrait?

This portrait speaks volumes to women who have battled and conquered adversity—survivors of any journey, not just breast cancer. Perhaps it's your mother, sister, or a dear friend who exemplifies unwavering strength. But if you're looking for something lighthearted or humorous, this isn't quite the fit.

How Do We Craft a Survivor's Story?

The process begins when you upload a personal photo. Our AI technology performs the initial face-swap transformation, which is then painstakingly refined by our skilled artists. Unlike some competitors, we reject about 1 in 12 digital drafts to ensure that every detail resonates with the intended honor.

Why Choose This Memorial Over Others?

Unlike generic memorial canvases, our Custom Survivor Portraits uniquely capture the personal bravery of the subject, blending AI precision with human artistry. Each portrait is one-of-one, featuring personal and thematic subtleties that standard canvases just can't match.
