I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who will appreciate a serene portrait like this?

This one's ideal for the book lover who cherishes quiet time with a novel, or the dedicated teacher who brings calm to the classroom. It may not suit those looking for bold or vibrant themes—think serene over splashy.

How is her serenity captured on canvas?

Your uploaded photo undergoes a precise AI face-swap, accented with artist refinement to capture her essence in serene detail before being printed on museum-quality canvas. Our team, led by Maya Chen, discards 1 in 12 generations that lack perfect harmony.

How does this canvas differ from ordinary portraits?

Unlike generic mass-made prints, our portraits are uniquely hers—crafted from her photo and retired after six months to maintain rarity, combining individuality and timeless quality.
